Bond-ettes are in the house, oh yea!

It came, it came!!!! My OPI Skyfall Bondettes have arrived!!!! Who squealed like a school girl at a Justin Beiber concert when the lady mail-carrier knocked on the door? ME, that's who! Oh how I can't wait to try these babies out!!! Must get off my lazy bum & go for a walk first... ugh...

But until I've got time to do my mani, I swatched my new polishes on lil man :) Don't let the face fool you btw, he was more than happy to let me paint his nails! He's not fond of having his pic taken though.... 

The nail mail cometh.... but when???

Grrr! I'm so unbearably impatient! I want my nail mail now dammit! I used my Christmas $$$ to order all these nail art supplies... rhinestones, stripping tape, glitter, brushes, & of course polish... Well, most of it's coming all the way from Hong Kong or some shit, so I'm prepared not to set eyes on the supplies till late Jan - early Feb.  But I ordered my most coveted polish, a mini set of Skyfall Bond-ettes by OPI! & that was supposedly supposed to of arrived on or before the 4th... Hello, it's the 6th now! Where's my damn polish?!! I know it'll prob get here sometime this coming week, but I'm gonna pout about it not being here yet anyhow.... just cause I can! I can't freakin wait!!! So ready to show off a 007 mani! Ugh, this is killing me!!! And I'm also waiting, sorta patiently & sorta not, for my first Indie polishes to arrive... no clue when those will get here though... bummer!

The Indie polishes I'm waiting for are by Polish Addict & they are - Dr Franken, Diamonds are Forever, & New Years Eve Party... Oh how I'm anxious for their arrival so I can show them off!!! 

As you can tell, my interest in nail art had spawned a love of polish as well... I find myself googling polishes & being envious of these ladies with 1000+ polishes... It's no longer sufficient to have a rainbow of colors and be happy... Nope! I want all types (glitter, holos, indies, jellies, matte, color change) & now one or two purples isn't enough... I must have every shade there is! I seriously seldom leave a store without at least one new polish. My collection is currently at 180+ , not including these polishes I'm awaiting... Polish makes me so happy, it's almost sad.... LoL! But hey, polish is cheaper than shoes!!! Just saying...

..... & finally 8mths later... Resolutions anyone??

Why hello out there blogger people! *waves hands erratically* Long time no see... Seems I finally remembered what this here laptop thingy is for.... & here I was using it as a paper weight!  Anywho...


Well, it's that time of year again, time for those "resolutions". Last year I resolved the same ol same ol.. Ya know, the whole "lose weight", "be healthy", "be active", "quit smoking", ect ect type shit. Hmmm, I am 30lbs lighter going into 2013 as opposed to when I began 2012, so that's good! Although, that number should be higher!!! But I'll leave that for my other blog.... Even though I'm not ready for a marathon (far from it), I can still safely say I'm healthier & more active now than I was a year ago. And as for the smoking thing.... eh, it's a work in progress! As for my 2013 "Resolutions", well another 30lbs off the scale would be fantastic, & here's hoping this is the year I quit the cig habit for good!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! 2013 HERE I COME!


Hmm, so yea, I haven't blogged in FOREVER! Well, no promises I'll be more predictable with this in the near future either... So to recap the last 8mths as quickly as possible.... Family vaca - filled with fun & drama, mostly fun. Dad got engaged. I became increasingly addicted to nail art! There is no end in sight for my love of nails!!! Spent time at lake a lot over summer. Our bunny died :C I cried when dropping off lil man to his first day of Kindergarten. Had a fun & candy filled Halloween. Dad & Cindy (fiance) bought a new home, helped them move. Had a wonderful Thanksgiving, got to spend lots of time catching up with family :D Yay! I packed on the pounds, food is too yummy this time of year!!!! Dad & Cindy got married! I love my new step-mommy!!!! David's gotten a bit more done with flooring... slowly but surely! Had a very Merry Christmas! Kelso threw a New Years Eve Party.... craziness!!! And that's bout it lol!

Over the next year I hope to start school to become a nail tech. I plan to get my name out there in the mean time as well, to gain a customer base. Need to get myself a J.O.B eek! More immediately, must get Kelso a new pair of glasses since she's already lost hers! Also, I'd like to try & do one craft (like something found of Pinterest maybe....lol) every couple a weeks or so. And try a new recipe (from Pinterest perhaps) once a month at least! Good luck to me!
